Practical Therapy Training for Counsellors in India
A 6-month programme in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills, art therapy and relationship counselling techniques using Gottman principles. Learn private practice skills alongside these approaches, then continue with 6 months of supervision.

When you know the theory but hesitate in a session
You may understand acceptance and still be unsure how to introduce it to a client. You may know about emotion regulation and wonder which skill to use when a conversation becomes intense. You have learnt about these therapies in your textbook, but when a client is in front of you with their challenge, you may go blank and wonder which technique to use.
At Happy Lab we focus on understanding the approach, practising its tools and thinking through how you would use them. You can explore different therapies while deciding where you want to deepen your learning.
What you will learn
All five learning areas belong to the same programme. Explore four therapy approaches and learn how to organise the practice you want to build. You can also take one specialisation for ₹5,000; select a course to view its syllabus.
