Begin with the concern, conversation or pattern that feels most important now.

Vandana offers couples, marriage and premarital counselling. She holds a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and has completed Gottman Method Level 1 and Level 2 training. Her work helps partners explore recurring patterns and practise changes in how they communicate.
Vandana works with couples who feel caught in the same arguments, emotional distance or trust concerns. The focus is not on deciding who is right, but on understanding the pattern between both partners and practising a healthier response.

Vandana founded Happy Lab because she believes counselling should lead to clearer understanding and practical progress. With a master’s degree in clinical psychology and a background in finance, she supports couples, individuals and professionals through structured, evidence-based conversations.
Her work combines the Gottman Method, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy and Transactional Analysis. Sessions are collaborative, structured and connected to situations you face outside the counselling room.
The first session is a chance to understand what brings you in, ask questions and agree on a useful next step.
