I started Happy Lab because I believed couples therapy should feel like progress, not just conversation.
With a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and training in ACT, the Gottman Method (Level 1 & 2), and Transactional Analysis (In progress), I’ve spent 6 years working with individuals and couples who feel stuck — in patterns they can see but can’t seem to change on their own.
What frustrated me early in my career was how vague therapy can feel. Couples would come in, talk for 45 minutes, leave, and neither they nor I could clearly point to what had changed. So I built something different a structured, assessment-backed program that gives couples a clear starting point, defined tools, and measurable progress.
The Relationship Reset Program is the result of that frustration. It combines the best of what I’ve learned — the science of the Gottman Method, the depth of Transactional Analysis, and the practical flexibility of ACT into a program that doesn’t just help you talk about your relationship. It helps you change it.
I practice at Happy Lab in Jayanagar 3rd Block, Bangalore, alongside my colleague Geeta, who brings her own depth in ACT and DBT-informed approaches
